Proposal & Adjustment

Building upon the approved layout, we present a design proposal and estimate. Using CG perspectives and material samples, we ensure the design balances cost, layout, wiring, equipment, functionality, and durability. We make adjustments until you're satisfied. Duration: 2-3 weeks

Contract

After multiple discussions, if you're content with our design and pricing, we formalize the agreement. It takes about a week to prepare for construction.

Construction

Our in-house team, comprising a construction manager, designer, and director, oversees the safe execution of construction. Before starting, we verify on-site dimensions and details with your final approval. Duration: 4-5 weeks

Quality Control & Improvement

Throughout construction, we conduct rigorous quality checks and manage the schedule. Any necessary corrections are promptly communicated, and improvements are made based on your feedback. Duration: 2-3 weeks

Display for the interior design

Completing the interior design isn't the final step. We pay attention to originality and suggest display items to enhance the space's atmosphere, aligning with your budget and vision.

(For turn-key customer)Delivery and After-Sales Maintenance

Before handing over the project, we conduct a final inspection in your presence to ensure dimensions, fit, and quality meet your expectations. We offer a one-year warranty against defects, demonstrating our commitment to a lasting partnership. Duration: Approximately 1 year
